Rules and Guidelines for the Careerbarn Blog

We are looking for guest post submissions for our Careerbarn Blog. Our blog focuses on jobs, careers, recruiting, interviewing tips and anything job or career related.

You can post as often as you like or as little – you will be also be given full credit with your bio and links back to your social or web channels. The post will be promoted on LinkedIn and Twitter.


  • Submissions should be 100% original – will accept some submissions from repurposed articles that you have done in the past. Content that has been published elsewhere prior and/or plagiarized content will not be accepted.
  • The post must be professionally written and informative of the topics of digital, social media, marketing or the customer.
  • Any images to be included must be sent as attachments.
  • The written copy must be at least 800-1000 words and no more than 3000.
  • The article should not be overly self-promotional.
  • Must include a short bio and headshot.


  • We reserve the right to reject contributions at our discretion.
  • You may not republish your published contribution to Careerbarn’s blog in its entirety anywhere else except from your own channels.
  • We do reserve the right to edit, adapt, update, republish and remove blog articles at our discretion.
