This part-time position will process the biweekly payroll and assist the HR Area Leader in other activities.
Main Priority - Perform biweekly payroll processing using Paycor. • Maintain the performance evaluation program tracker. • Assist with benefits administration functions. • Assist in recruitment efforts for exempt and nonexempt personnel, students and temporary employees. • Assist in new team member orientations process. • Maintains human resource information system records and compiles reports from the database. • Assist with day-to-day workflow as directed by the HR Area Leader. • Develop a high degree of trust with team members and leadership
Payroll or accounting experience preferred Knowledge of payroll software Paycor, Paycom, ADP etc High degree of confidentiality with employee data Strong verbal and written communication Dependable
