E-Commerce Digital Marketing Specialist

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will assist in the development of digital e-commerce strategy, coordinate planning and execution of marketing initiatives and campaigns, manage vendor relationships, and execute best practices for all digital marketing channels including SEO activities as well as own and report on all digital marketing activities and KPI’s.
Essential Job Functions

• Oversee and coordinate all digital marketing channels and e-commerce lead generation
• Provide short- and long-term market forecasts, reports, and trends to assist sales teams in the acquisition of e-commerce B2B clients
• Specific analysis of customer buying patterns that drive explosive online sales growth to leverage the competitive advantage
• Lead all data acquisition and reporting for all digital activities and work with sales to develop board level reports and dashboards
• Ensure the consistency in the messaging, content, and look-and-feel of e-commerce platform —coordinating and socializing with content, creative, sales and broader organization
• Perform industry and competitive analysis to inform the sales process and help positioning and messaging
• Perform ongoing tracking and reporting on e-commerce marketing initiatives
• Collaborate with Marketing Director and vendors to develop and execute e-commerce marketing plans that may include, email campaigns, participation in industry conferences and events, webinars, and website updates
• Collaborate with the Snr. Director, in executing the company’s E-commerce marketing strategy and programs (internal/external branding, lead generation, advertising/sponsorships, events, digital marketing) to support the company’s business objectives
• Focused on acquiring and retaining new customers through the management of all online and offline marketing programs including, SEO, digital advertising, webinars, email, social media, lead nurturing, channel marketing and analytics
• Collaboration with an array of cross-functional team members and external vendors is essential to increasing marketing’s contribution to revenue
• This position requires a candidate with a blend of strategy, technical, creative, analytic and project management expertise


• Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years e-commerce experience required; preferred 2 years of B2B, Digital Marketing and SEO Campaign experience
• Ability to deliver consistently strong measurable results, a portfolio of reporting and dashboards with a strict emphasis on managing campaigns and ROI analysis is strongly encouraged
• Strong experience in Google Analytics and reporting
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Strong analytical skills; including experience reviewing performance results and making recommendations for future actions
• Wholesale distribution and prior CRM experience a plus
• Dynamic, motivating, and entrepreneurial-minded with an internal drive to continuously hit goals and deadlines.
• Proactive mentality with curiosity and desire to learn.
• Exceptional organizational and management skills, ability to manage multiple projects, ability to meet deadlines, and strong attention to detail
• Expert in MS Office Suite
• Experience in HTML, CSS, and Javascript strongly preferred

Physical Requirements
General office environment and occasional exposure to non-climate controlled warehouse.
