Your Opportunity at Intuit:

As a Senior Applications Operations Engineer on our fast paced team, your responsibilities will include the following :
• Provide application support & incident management (in partnership with support team in India) for BIO’s production applications (Web UI/API and BI/DW systems)
• Debug and troubleshoot operations processes to resolve defects.
• Implementation of monitoring agents and the development of meaningful alerts and the escalation procedures
• Management of application deployment processes
• Management of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) processes for a specific application
• Implementation of improved operational processes
• Build application environments on top of provided OS (Java, Application Servers, etc).
• Being liaison between Platform Operations, network operations and HES teams
• Review product requirements and architecture to understand and implement operational standards and capabilities.
• Builds effective internal and external relationships that are essential to delivering an “always-on” software product or service

Establishes a team environment and directs a training system and provide technical knowledge for the safe maintenance, repair, and operation of aircraft, aircraft systems, ground equipment, tools, test equipment, stores and facilities, according to established procedures. May analyze current operating problems and future operating requirements to identify training needs.

Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent with 8+ years of related experience required.
