We are seeking an enthusiastic Inside Sales/Office Manager with a working knowledge of pumps, process equipment, valves, and instrumentation to work in our Cumming, GA office. This position is multifaceted and will not only serve as Inside Applications Engineer for our Outside staff , but will also be responsible for managing the day to day operations of our Fischer Process South division, including Customer Support, Inventory Management and Shipping and Receiving.
Responsibilities:
Inside Sales Support (Sizing/Selection/Quotation/Order Entry)
Customer Support (Inbound/Outbound Calls/Technical Assistance/Order Entry/Order Follow Up/Expediting)
Daily Shipping and Receiving
Inventory Management (Order/Track/Receive all stock and customer order for Cumming, GA location)
Daily management of Office/Warehouse (Opening/Closing)
Requirements:
Must have prior industrial sales experience with pumps, process equipment or valves.
Positive, sales oriented personality.
Strong work ethic.
The ability to understand and learn the technical characteristics of pumps, process equipment, valves, instrumentation and associated applications is required.
Intermediate computer skills. Familiarity of ERP and Contact Management Software, preferably Microsoft Dynamic
Basic Understanding of Inventory Management and Shipping and Receiving
Ability to travel a few times a year to our vendor sites for training.

The Forensic Mortgage Underwriter and Senior Forensic Mortgage Underwriter will have various duties and responsibilities, including the following:
Defending lender clients against mortgage insurance rescissions and investor repurchase demands.
Conducting analyses of mortgage origination issues raised by mortgage insurance companies or investors and preparing written rebuttals to those issues.
Assessing mortgage origination files for creditworthiness and underwriting requirements.
Analyzing credit reports, recalculating income, and evaluating residential real estate appraisals in the context of compliance with underwriting requirements and guidelines.

Specific Details:
The Critical Care Nurse Educator will cover 2 units (CCU and ICU). We are seeking someone with cardiovascular experience including heart surgery, VADs, and preferably transplant experience. Leadership and previous education experience is strongly desired. Impeccable positive communication skills are required.

Under direction from the Talent Development Director, the Human Resources Manager is responsible for providing Human Resources leadership and support to Saks Fifth Avenue associates in the New York Flagship store, working effectively with all levels to champion the goals of the business. This position is responsible for partnering with the business partners to develop and execute People Development plans and Talent Analysis, driving key business initiatives such as talent strategies for areas within the store undergoing renovations along with talent upgrades and providing effective Human Resources solutions and support to key business issues. The Human Resources Manager will also act to facilitate change and support the Talent Development Director, Directors, AGMM's and VP/General Manager on all Human Resources related issues.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Proactively consult with managers on associate, managerial, organizational or business issues that impact day-to-day performance and achievement of individual and store objectives
• Provide direction, leadership and effective solutions to business issues
• Assist in the development of performance metrics that drive the store's business goals
• Provide actionable feedback and recommendations to selling managers to improve individual and team performance
• Develop and implement employee retention initiatives in order to reduce turnover and maximize employee engagement
• Ensure that all government requirements (Federal, State and local), filings, postings, and laws are satisfied for each location
• Minimize risk to the business by ensuring that all managers are trained in required legal subject areas - Compliance, Code of Conduct, Diversity & Sexual Harassment, Interviewing and selection skills, employment law
• Investigate and resolve all employee relations issues in partnership with the Employee Relations Service Center team.
• Review unemployment claims and attend hearings as necessary
• Work with the management team to develop and implement a Diversity plan for the store
• Support the annual Performance review process. Coach Managers on how to set objectives for employees and conduct performance review meetings effectively
• Assist management with the implementation and communication of any new human resources programs
• Create and maintain a high performance team and environment within the store
• Partner with the training organization on development programs and on-boarding
• Other store initiatives as assigned by management and the Human Resources Director
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years of demonstrated successful experience in a broad range of HR functions
• Retail HR experience is considered a plus
• Exhibit sound business judgment, demonstrate management and organizational ability
• Possess a solid understanding of employment law
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and drive company initiatives
• Bachelor’s degree preferred. Advanced HR certification and training is a considered a plus.
